We started Halliday because we kept seeing organizations with years of valuable data and no structured way to learn from it. Not because they lacked the will — because they lacked a partner who understood both the data and the mission.

That's the gap we fill. We bring 20+ years of data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics experience to the nonprofit sector — not to sell technology, but to help organizations see what their data is already trying to tell them.

We don't start with tools. We start with your data — what you have, where it lives, and what it can tell you. That's why every engagement begins with an Impact Data Review: a fixed-scope diagnostic that surfaces the patterns and insights already sitting in your existing systems.

From there, we help you decide what to do about it. Sometimes the answer is an off-the-shelf tool you didn't know existed. Sometimes it's a change in process. And sometimes it's a purpose-built solution that doesn't exist yet — in which case, we build it.

We're technology-agnostic. We'll recommend a $50/month SaaS product if that solves your problem, or scope a custom dashboard if it doesn't. The goal is always the same: help you make better decisions with the data you already have.

We know nonprofits operate with small teams, tight budgets, and high accountability to funders and communities. Our work is designed for that reality — not for some idealized scenario with an IT department and a six-figure software budget.
